Once The Rain Stopped...

This historic hilltop with amazing views of Santos and Sao Vicente is reached by cable cars that scale the steep hillside. At the top of the hill is a former casino, now reduced to a simple cafe and swarmed mostly by summer tourists. This photo was taken just after a winter shower in August, 2008.
